The App

What IBS Logger Does

IBS Logger is a health tracking application designed to help individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) track symptoms, identify triggers, and recognize patterns. The app provides:

• Symptom and trigger tracking
• Meal and food logging
• Bristol Chart stool tracking
• Pattern analysis and insights
• Weather correlation analysis
• AI-powered flare predictions (premium feature)
• Data export capabilities (premium feature)

What IBS Logger Is Not

IBS Logger is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The app is for informational and tracking purposes only
• It does not replace professional medical advice

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You are responsible for:

Appropriate Use

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

IBS Logger, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Salimov Studios and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the app

Premium Subscription

What's Included

Premium subscription provides:

• AI-powered flare predictions
• Unlimited PDF and CSV exports
• Advanced pattern analytics
• Priority support

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for partial periods or unused features

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

• You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
• If you don't cancel, you'll be charged when the trial ends
• Cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends to avoid charges

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data and Privacy

Your use of IBS Logger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All health data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, or sell your personal health information
• You own your data and can export or delete it anytime

App Availability and Changes

No Warranty

IBS Logger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• Accuracy of predictions or insights
• That the app will meet your specific needs

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app
• Update features, pricing, or subscription terms
• Require updates to continue using the app

We'll notify you of significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Salimov Studios is not liable for any damages arising from use of IBS Logger
• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on app data or predictions
• We are not liable for data loss (back up your data via export)
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salimov Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services:

• Apple App Store: Subject to Apple's terms and policies
• RevenueCat: For subscription management (see their terms)
• Open-Meteo: For weather data (see their terms)

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the app in ways that harm others or the app
• Engage in fraudulent activity

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Salimov Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, please contact us at salimovstudios@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution.

Children

IBS Logger is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If we learn that we've collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Export Compliance

You agree not to export or re-export the app in violation of any applicable export control laws.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
